Cottage, dated 1827 on door lintel; scullery adjoining to south is older. Snecked rubble with quoins. Graduated slate roofs with overhanging eaves; stone ridges, stone end chimneys. 2-storey, 2-bay house with single-storey, 2-bay scullery (now store). House has plank door with 2 windows to each floor on left; scullery has 2 plank doors with window between. Stone surrounds to all openings.
