Detached house. C17, C18 and early C20. Cary stone cut and squared with Doulting stone dressings; hipped Welsh slate roofs; brick chimney stack. 'L'-plan; 2 storeys, 3-bay road elevation. Ovolo-mould mullioned windows with labels, of 3-lights except to lower outer bays which are 4-light; continuous string over lower level windows; between bays 1 and 2 a 6- fielded-panel door set in triple-keystoned architrave, bearing a Sun Insurance plate, under a moulded flat stone hood on brackets. The south end of the house is double-chamfered, with C20 16 and 20-pane sash windows to all three faces under voussoired and keystoned flat arches. Return wings have sash windows, in architraves on north side - the centre block is C18, the taller end block, which has a hipped plain clay tile roof, is early C20: on the south side of return wing is the main entrance, protected by a late 20 conservatory. Interior not seen.
