Details
EVERDON WELL LANE SP5957 (East side) 22/86 Wansbeck GV II House. Late C17, coursed squared ironstone, slate roof, brick end stacks. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys and attic; 2-window range. Principal elevation to Well Lane has signs of blocked door to far left, a 2-light small pane leaded casement window to left of centre, a 3-light casement to right, a one-light leaded window with blocked right light to first floor left, a 2-light casement to first floor right. All windows have stop-chamfered timber lintels. Plinth and stone coped gable with kneelers to left. A 2-storey addition to left with upper storey of brick and 2-light casement windows with pointed arched heads to pebbledashed and bargeboarded left gable elevation. Entrance to rear in C20 porch. Interior noted as having stop-chamfered spine beams and open fireplace with stop-chamfered bressumer.
