House and attached barn, now 2 houses. Late Cl7 and early C19, with late C19
alterations. Timber framed with painted brick-nogging, plain tile and slate roofs.
A single ridge, and a single gable stack. 2 storey, 4 bays. 2 bays to left
constitute original late C17 house, raised early C19, with 3, 2 light casement
windows, and above the former wall plate 3 more 2 light casements. The whole
constructed in substantial box framing with braces. To the right slightly lower,
former barn range raised late C19, with a double 2 light casement and to the right
a single 2 light casement, above 2 through eaves gabled dormers each with a 2 light
casement. Rear has various late C19 lean-to additions. Interior has timber
framing largely exposed.
