Shown on OS map as Morell's Wood Farm.
Farmhouse. Probably C17 with considerable later additions and alterations. Timber frame now partly concealed and replaced by painted brick, plain tile roofs. Original L-plan with outbuilding to rear (now part of house) and C20 flat-roofed extensions in angles between.
2 storeys; framing: now visible only to gables of main range and to outbuilding but too fragmentary to determine type; irregular fenestration, C19 and C20 casements, some with segmental heads; entrance through C17 plank and muntin door with fleur-de-lys pointed strap hinges under C20 gabled brick porch to front gable; red brick lateral and end stacks. Interior: chamfered ceiling beams with heavy joists to main ground-floor rooms, several C17 plank doors. C20 additions
are not of special architectural interest.
