Shown on O.S. map as Woodmoor Hostel.
Farmhouse. Early to mid-C19 with later additions and alterations.
Uncoursed limestone rubble; slate roof has external end stacks with
late C19 red brick shafts. Two storeys and gable-lit attic; 3-window
front, 3-light late C20 x-paned casements in imitation of original
fenestration. Central entrance, plain pilastered doorcase with pedimented
hood and 4-panel door (top panels glazed). Lower mid-C19 addition
set back at right-angles to left has two C19 casements to first floor
and one C20 casement to centre on ground floor; brick dentilled eaves
cornice and end stack.
