Continuing the return side of No 25, at north end of cobbled forecourt. 2 low
storeys, scored stucco, slate roofs, boarded doors, one sash window on each floor
(each house), all in plain stone architraves.
The cobbled forecourt is long and narrow, extending in front of Nos 31 to 55,
without divisions or railings, and open to the pavement.
Nos 13, Nos 17 to 25 (odd), Nos 31 to 55 (odd), No 38, Nos 46 to 86 (even) together
with Nos 47A and Kirkgate House form a group.
