MINSTER LOVELL MANOR ROAD SP3211 (South side) 19/107 Minster Lovell Manor Dovecot 12/09/55 (Formerly listed as Dovecot at Manor Farm) GV II*
Dovecot. C15. Coursed stone rubble; stone slate conical roof; wood framed glover with stone slate conical roof. Round plan. Plank door. Projecting stone bands to eaves. Interior: stone nesting boxes to walls. Conical wood roof structure. History: forms part of the manorial farm adjacent to the manor house. The manor was owned by the Lovell family from C12 to 1485. Scheduled as an Ancient Monument. ("Minster Lovell Hall", A.J. Taylor, HBMCE, 1985)
