Details

CHIPPING NORTON SP 3027- 3127 3/115 2 chest tombs immediately - north of Dawkins Mausoleum GV at St Mary's Church II 2 chest tombs with ledger stones. Late C18. Ashlar with heavy moulded cornices. The Southern of the two appears to be to Matthew (?) Venables who died ?1787 and is partly built into by the Dawkins Mausoleum which projects from the NW end of the church of St Mary.
