Granary and farm building. Early/mid C18, limestone rubble with wooden lintels: Welsh-slate and Stanesfield slate roofs. L-shaped plan.
Two storeys. Three window main range has a first floor doorway to left of centre, approached by stone steps, and has a ground-floor doorway to extreme right. Right bay is earlier. The single-unit building projecting to right may be the earliest part and has a stone slate roof and a doorway in the gable wall with a window above.
Interior: the lower floor of the main range is considerably below ground level.
