2. "Lately erected" in 1779 and now forming part of Roysse's school. Probably altered in C19. Modern hipped asbestos tile roof. Bath Street elevation:- Two dormers, flat tops, casements with glazing bars in moulded frames. Brick, rubble and stucco. Irregular fenestration. To the left, a three light canted two storey bay window, rendered, double hung sashes with glazing bars. Right hand brick canted two storey bay, narrow, long sash windows without glazing bars. Three other windows have segmental arches, brick rusticated architraves. Plain four panel door with rectangular fanlight. Two brick chimneys. Garden Elevation - two storeys and attics. Brick. Two flat topped dormers. Tile roof. Most of windows have flat arches, some glazing bars, double hung sashes. Central narrow gable with one segmental arched window double hung sash, no glazing bars above first floor round arched window with 'gothic' glazing. Square porch faced in ashlar, moulded arch with keystone, cornice and pediment. (See A E Preston "St Nicholas, Abingdon". Oxford Hist Soc Vol 99, 1935, p237).
