2. Late C18 front elevation on possible earlier core. Tile roof. Chequered brick. Two storeys. Refenestrated. One three-light casement in wood frame. Segmental arched window on ground floor. Segmental doorway, four panel door. Brick band between storeys. Renewed central chimney. The Spread Eagle left hand section has one two-light and one three-light window, casements. One flat arched modern door on ground floor, two flat arched modern windows. To rear, modern pentice additions and two tall brick chimneys.

Nos. 14 to 20 (even) and the premises occupied by the Spread Eagle Public house form a group.
