Mill and house. Datestone 1792 in wall. Uncoursed chalk and sarsen rubble, brick quoins and dressings; old tiled roof, brick stacks. L-plan. One and a half-storey, two window range. Entered from rear. Segmental brick arches over C20 casements, datestone to right inscribed I&W/I&N/1792. Dentilled eaves. Central weather-boarded and gabled hoist supported on wood brackets. Oeuil-de-boeuf with C20 casement to top of each gable wall. Half-hipped roof.
Interior: original plan form indistinct. To left is single-storey building, c.1792, in brick Flemish bond with C20 tile roof, and C20 porch and French windows. Single-storey building, probably a stable with gable entry, to left. Miller's accommodation to rear right: brick; Welsh slate roof, four-window range with segmental brick arches over central entry and C20 casements, brick ridge stack.
