House. Dated 1706 over door. Colourwashed limestone rubble gabled C20 tile roof; stone ridge stack. 2-unit lobby-entry plan. 2 storeys. 3-window range. Timber lintel over C20 door with C20 porch: plaster panel over door reads (? initials)/1706. Timber lintels over C20 windows and small C20 light over porch. Mid C20 extensions and porch to left side and rear. Interior: open fireplaces, chamfered and ogee-stopped beams and joists: plainer run-out stops to left. Winder stairs to attic, which has 3-bay collar-truss roof with cambered collars and butt purlins. A late dated example of a traditional lobby-entrance house.
