Farmhouse, now house. Early/mid C18. Uncoursed limestone rubble; gabled and hipped C20 tile roof; ridge and end external stacks of stone finished in brick. L-plan with front right wing. 2 storeys and attic; 3-window range. Timber lintels over blocked doorway and C19 six- and 8-pane sashes. Wing of one and 2 storeys projects from right bay of front: of limestone rubble, stone slate roofs, and present entry with C20 door in left side wall. Main range has blocked doorway to rear and later C18 outshut to right. Interior: chamfered and stopped beam and bressumer over open fireplace in left room: central room has similar bressumer over large open fireplace and mid C19 staircase with re-used early C18 section of turned balusters on closed string. First floor has chamfered and stopped quartered beams to right. 4-bay collar-truss roof with clasped and butt purlins.
