GV II
Manor house, now house, C17 cross-wing to left, C18 front and main range, C19 and C10 alterations. Red brick with flared headers in Flemish bond; old plain-tile hipped roof; brick stacks. 2-storey, 2-window central range, with single-bay cross-wing to left and right. 6-panel door to right of centre with decorative overlight and painted wood surround of thin Doric pilasters supporting a flat hood. 4-panel part-glazed door to right of end of cross-wing to left, having segmental brick head. 16-pane unhorned sashes to all openings, those to ground floor left and right having segmental brick heads. Interior: C18 straight-flight staircase with winders to base, having vase and barley-sugar twist blusters and moulded handrail. Queen-post roof to C17 cross-wing. C18 two-panel doors to many rooms.
