Shown on 0.S. map as Yew Tree Farm. Farmhouse, now divided into 2 dwellings. Mid C17. Rendered plinth; large-timber framing; painted brick herring-bone pattern infill; old plain-tile roof; brick central ridge stack; brick end stack to cross-wing to right. Probably originally lobby-entry plan. 2 storeys and attic; 3-window range with cross-wing to right. 2-panel door to left of centre with open timber porch with gabled old plain-tile roof. 4-panel part-glazed door with gabled old plain-tile hood to right. 16-pane unhorned sash with shutters to left. Angled bay window on brackets with gabled old plain-tile roof to right of centre. 3-light wood casement to left return of cross-wing. 3-light wood-mullioned window to first floor left of centre. Angled bay windows on brackets with leaded lights to left, and right of centre. Wood-mullioned Ipswich window to left return of cross-wing. 2 cross-gables hung with bands of shaped tiles, each with 2-light casements. Tile-hanging to gable-end of cross-wing. Interior not inspected. Attached wall; limestone rubble base; red brick with grey headers in Flemish bond.
