Farmhouse. C17 with C19 front. Red brick; old plain-tile roof half-hipped to right; massive brick ridge stack to centre with 2 diagonally set flues to front. 2-unit lobby-entry plan. 2-storey, 3-window range. Central 6-panel door with C19 open rustic timber porch with gabled plain-tile roof. 16-pane sashes to all openings except 12-pane sash to first floor centre. Noted as having open fireplace with bressumer to ground floor left, and open fireplace with basket brick arch to ground floor right.
