DRAYTON STRATFORD ROAD SP 4241 (North side) 11/269 The Cottage and Cottage 22/2/88 abutting on left II 2 cottages. Early C18 with c20 alterations. Coursed, squared ironstone. Steeply pitched thatched roof. Renewed brick end stacks. Single-unit plans. Single storey plus attic throughout. One-window range. Cottage on left. Entrance to right has plank door with glazed panel. Painted wood lintel. Double-glazed window to left and double-glazed eyebrow dormer. Thatched single storey extension on left end has C20 window. The Cottage has a C20 door with painted wood lintel. C20 bay on right. Eyebrow dormer has a 2-light wood casement window, each light having 12 small panes. C20 flat roofed single storey rear extension. Interiors not inspected.
