Farmhouse and diary/stable range. C17 with C19. additions and C20. alterations. Coursed limestone rubble. Front and side elevations rendered. Steeply pitched old-tile roofs. Brick end and ridge stacks some diagonally set on stone bases. L-plan. 2 storeys. 3-window range. Main elevation refronted in C19. Central gabled porch flanked by canted bay windows. First floor has 3 sashes with horns. Left side. Entrance has panelled/glazed door and wood lintel. To left a 3-light wood casement with wood lintel. Blocked doorway with wood lintel to left. First floor has a 7-light metal casement window in wood frame. Stop-chamfered wood lintel, lead cames, crown glass and wrought-iron casement fastner. Diary range attached to left. Single storey plus attic. Projecting, gabled addition on right has a 2-light wood framed window with iron bars. Chamfered wood lintel. Entrance on return has plank door and wood lintel. To left a through passage to rear yard. Blocked window to right with wood lintel. Single-light casement above and loft door. Passage has stable door on left with wood lintel. Interior: Cl7 doq-leg staircase with painted softwood balusters. Wood winder staircase. Moulded ceiling beams. Stone flag floors in dairy. Plank and panelled doors with strap hinges. Once formed part of Stratton Audley Park Estate.
