Shop, house and adjoining workshop. Late C18, mid C19, C20. Brick, partly rendered. Pantile roofs. Cogged and dentillated eaves, single coped gable. 2 ridge and single side wall stacks. 2 and 3 storeys, 5 bays wide by 4 bays deep. C-plan. Windows are margin light and glazing bar sashes and C20 casements. Street front has to left, 3 storey wing with shop front. Recessed central door flanked by single shop windows. Above, fascia with strapwork brackets. To right, 2 casements flanked by single doors. To right again, a single casement. All with segmental heads. Above, to left, sash with segmental head. To its right, 4 sashes. Above again, mid C20 square dormer. Rear has 3 lean-to additions, single and 2 storeys, with, to left, 2 casements, and to right, 3 doors. Above, to left, square blocked opening with timber lintel. House front has to left, door and to right, 2 sashes and mid C19 canted glazed porch in return angle. Above, 4 different sashes. All openings have segmental heads. Above again, 4 smaller sashes. Workshop range has to right, C20 garage with large door. To left, Yorkshire sash and door. Above, to left, 2 different casements. Included for group value only.
