Yard walls with gatepiers, gate and outbuildings. Early C19 except for C18 or earlier south wall. Squared stone except for rubble south wall; stone slate roofs; wrought iron gates. Monolithic square piers with stop-chamfered angles and moulded pyramidal caps hold gates with spearhead bars and dogbars. Flat-coped wall on north links to Hall (q.v.). On south flat-coped wall with pent outbuilding against inner face. Taller flat-coped wall on south of yard links on west to Groom's Cottage (q.v.); boarded door near west end, attached privy near east end linking to storehouse with boarded double doors under timber lintel on west, and returns with coped gables.
