16/229 Moor Game byre 600 metres west of New House Farm.

Farmbuilding (Stable, cartshed and hayloft), mid-C18. Coursed roughly- squared stone with cut quoins and dressings; stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 4 bays, irregular. At left a doorway with chamfered stone surround and small window under timber lintel, further right a part-blocked arcade of 3 semicircular arches of handmade brick; above central arch a boarded window in stone surround. Left return shows tall blind round-headed arch; right return shows stone-surround pitching door (initials HI on left jamb) and reverse-stepped gable. To rear one stone-surround loft window.
The only surviving building of a small farm. Isolated hilltop site, considerable landscape value.
