Row of three houses. Ivy Cottage at right dated 1815 on door lintel; house at left has dated 1836 plaque. Squared stone with tooled dressings; roof has concrete tiles on front and Welsh slates on rear; dressed stone chimneys. Two storeys; each house two windows; house at left end projects. Tooled quoins. Doorways with alternating jambs. Ivy Cottage: central six-panel door and lintel with raised shaped centre inscribed J.S. 1815; 16-pane sashes to right; 12-pane horizontal-sliding sash on ground floor left; nine-pane casement in similar opening above.

Centre house has partly-glazed six-panel door and two 16-pane sashes.

Left end house: blocked doorway at right; replaced door at left with plaque above inscribed PARK VILLAGE 1836; nine-pane casements above. Continuous roof; pitch over left end house extends down to lower eaves. End and ridge stacks with top ledges.
