Linked outbuildings incorporating house, stables, coach house and farmbuildings. Late C18-early C19 ranges around farmyard to north; adjoining c.1830 ranges around stable yard to south. Squared rubble with dressings; ranges facing stable yard have tooled-and-margined dressed masonry in narrow courses. Welsh slate roofs. House has dressed stone chimneys.
2-storey ranges around farmyard. Facing yard: 3-bay west range with 2 segmental arches and lean-to stone shed; north range has 8 segmental arches (mainly blocked) and square window openings above; east range has 2 very tall arches with paired boarded doors. Outer faces: west range has external stone stair; east range incorporates 2-bay house (Rose Cottage) at north-east corner; house has replaced windows and door. Roofs hipped over returns. Rose Cottage has 2 ridge stacks.
Ranges around stable yard on sloping site: single-storey west and north ranges; 2-storey east range (a continuation of east range of farmyard). Facing yard: boarded doors and horizontal-sliding sashes in chamfered surrounds with alternating jambs; 2 large C20 garage openings on north range. Outer faces: east range has canted south return; boarded doors and scattered breathers on rear. Included for group value.
