Ornamental cottage. C19. Brick, rendered, with conical Westmoreland slate roof. Plinth, first floor band, dentillated eaves; single rear wall stack. 2 storeys, 3 bays, octagonal plan. South front has 3 mullioned and transomed glazing bar casements, and above, 3 smaller glazing bar casements. Joined by lower single bay link with slate roof to conventional later C19 cottage, 2 storeys, 2 bays, with slate roof and single gable stack.
