The address and description shall be amended to read:-

NT 92 NE AKELD HUMBLETON 8/16 High Humbleton Farmhouse II

House. C16 or early C17, altered mid C18 and C19. Restored c1990. Random rubble with ashlar dressings. C20 pantile roof with raised coped gables. Brick stack to ridge and right gable, plus tall ashlar wall stack to kitchen wing. Raised quoins to left gable end. 2 storey, 3 irregular bays. All openings have raised ashlar surrounds and C20 wooden windows. Main front has central doorway with C20 plank door, with eitherside 12-pane windows, with 3 similar windows above. Rear facade has plank doorway and a single 12-pane window to the right with beyond a C20 french window. Above 3 further 12-pane windows. Lower former kitchen wing to west has to the west gable front, a plank door and 2, 2-light casements with 2 similar windows above, all with flush stone lintels. Interior has very thick walls. Front wall, right gable end and one internal wall are 3-4 ft thick. Rear wall and left end of house c.33 inches thick. Early-mid C18 staircase has turned balusters with square knops; moulded and ramped handrail.

House. Probably C16 or early C17; altered and extended early - mid C18. Extensively altered C19. Random rubble with stone dressings. Welsh slate roof. Raised quoins on left gable end.

2 storeys, 3 irregular bays.

Central door with overlight in raised surround. Windows, all in raised surrounds, are all different sizes. 12-pane sash to left of door with blocked window above. C20 windows to right of door. Single-storey kitchen extension on right has door in raised surround under relieving arch.

Gabled roof with raised flat coping. Brick stack on ridge and right gable.

Interior has very thick walls. Front wall, right gable end and one internal wall are 3 - 4 ft. thick. Rear wall and left end of house c.33 inches thick.

Early-mid C18 staircase has turned balusters with square knops; moulded and ramped handrail.
