FELTON OLD A 1 NU 10 SE (East side) 6/111 Rashercap cottage and attached farmbuilding II
Cottage, possibly once a tollhouse, and attached farmbuilding. C18, farmbuilding heightened early C19. Rubble with roughly-cut quoins and dressings; tooled-and-margined dressings to C19 part. Pantile roof on cottage with old brick stack heightened in C20 brick. Welsh slates on farmbuilding.
Cottage single storey, 2 bays. Boarded door at right end and blocked doorway at left end; 2-pane casement windows in old openings. Tall pyramidal roof with stack at apex. Left return shows 4-pane sash window. Farmbuilding to right shows 2 doorways and 2 loft windows, one part-slatted.
