PERCY STREET 1. (West Side) Nos 8 and 9 NU 1813 SE 1/92 II GV 2. Part of Howick Street development, after 1830, possibly later than others. Two storeys, 4 windows. Ashlar with eaves band to slate roof. Two brick chimneys. Glazing bar sash windows paired in centre. Wide depressed arch on ground floor to 3 doors, outer doors with 6 panels, centre door (9 panels) leading to rear yard.
