SEATON DELAVAL A 190 NZ 3276 (South side, off) The Avenue 13/82 Farmbuilding at Seaton Village Farm, to east of farmhouse GV II Shelter sheds with loft over, early C19. Roughly-squared stone with tooled-and- margined quoins and dressings; pantile roof. 2 storeys, 2 wide bays. 2 pairs of elliptical arches, 3 small boarded windows with slightly-projecting sills above. Coped gables with moulded kneelers. External stone stair to boarded door on left return.
