House. C18 in two builds, extended C20. Coursed squared limestone and coursed limestone rubble, C20 plain-tile roof, brick end and ridge stacks. 3-unit plan with one-unit addition. C20 part-glazed door to right of centre with flat-arched head and straight-hood on brackets, flanked by 3-light casement windows to ground and first floors, all with stop-chamfered wood lintels. Stone sundial above door. Straight joint to left of centre. One-light casement to ground floor left and 3-light casement windows to ground floor and first floor further left, all with wood lintels. Left end bay of red brick in a C20 addition. Stone-coped gable to right with kneelers. Interior has chamfered spine beams, open fireplace with cambered ogee-stop-chamfered bressumer and another with chamfered bressumer; stone-flagged floor: fitted cupboard with pilasters, flattened arched head and shaped shelves; C18 eared wood fireplace surround in upstairs room; old stud partition.
