ECTON HIGH STREET SP8263 (West side) 18/98 No.76 28/05/54 (Formerly listed as Nos.74 and 76)
GV II House. Mid C18. Squared coursed lias with C20 concrete tile roof. Originally 2-unit plan. 2 storeys. 2-window range of casements with glazing bars under wood lintels. Brick: stacks at ends. Single storey barn with brick dressing attached to right now forms part of house. Entrance to rear has C20 porch. Windows are similar to front. Interior not inspected but noted as having an open fireplace with bressumer.
