Details
DUDDINGTON MILL STREET SK9800 (North side) 9/107 Mill House 23/05/67 GV II House. Late C18 and mid/late C19. Squared coursed limestone with stone slate roof. Originally 3-unit plan. 2 storeys with attic. 4-window range of late C19 leaded casements, under stone lintels, with hood moulds. Late C19 canted wood bay windows to ground floor left and right. 6 panel door, to centre, under stone lintel, has glazed toplights. 3 hipped roof dormers. Ashlar gable parapets and ashlar ridge and end stacks. Mid/late C19 wing, to rear, has sash windows under stone lintels with keyblocks. Interior not inspected but said to have reset C17 style frieze, above fireplace, in rear wing. (RCHM: An Inventory of Architectural Monuments in North Northamptonshire: p46)
