Details
TG 2208 SE CHAPELFIELD NORTH (north side) 22/147 5.6.72 No. 12 GV II House. 1891 on plaque. Red brick and plain tile roof. 3 storeys. 3 bays. Central door with rectangular fanlight and moulded brick surround having scroll pediment with swag. Sash windows throughout. Single-storey canted bay with small pediment to the left of the door. Canted oriel window with damaged balustrade at first-floor right. First floor window to the left of the oriel with keystone and pediment. Single second-floor window with scroll pediment and swag central to the 2 left-hand bays with curvilinear gable over. Brattished cornice to the right. Small flat-roof dormer. Curvilinear end gables with 'Tudor' stacks.
