TG 22 SW BUXTON WITH LAMMAS LITTLE HAUTBOIS ROAD, LAMMAS 6/13 The Old Rectory, Lammas.

House of two builds; late C18 and mid-C19. Dated 1760 on north gable of rear range. Red brick, with flint plinth to earlier wing. Pantiled roofs, black glazed tiles on front elevation. Two storeys, H-shaped plan. Principal facade of five bays : sash windows with glazing bars, rubbed brick arches over openings. Central door with simple wooden doorcase; rectangular fanlight with glazing bars. Six panel door. Wooden eaves cornice. Parapeted gables with internal chimney stacks. Two storey link block with sash windows and C20 casements; moulded brick eaves course. Lower two storey rear wing dated DC on north gable. Two and three light casements, some with leaded glazing. 1760 Two plain brick pilasters. Moulded brick eaves on west side. Parapeted and coped gables with brick' tumbling. Gable chimney stacks. Plat bands on gables and at first floor level on west facade. Lean-to at south gable.
