Farmhouse. C18. Red brick, partly rendered and colourwashed. Roofs plain tiled and pantiled. Two storeys and attics, L-shaped plan. Main facade to south: four windows, widely spaced. 4 light casements with transoms (3-light over doorway). Doorway offset to west; plain Doric doorcase with panelled reveal and six-panelled door. Rectangular fanlight with decorative glazing bars. Offset with tiled weathering at first floor level; first floor wall rendered and colourwashed. Parapet gables with internal chimney stacks, tumbling-in at base and moulded eaves corbels. Ridge chimney stack off centre to east. Gabled rear wing to north-east with two large C20 casements in segmental headed openings. Brick dentil eaves. Parapeted north gable with tumbling-in at base and internal chimney stack. Pantiled catslide to rear over lean-to extension. Fenestration mainly C20, but some old casements remain with leaded glazing.
