Barn: c1842, uncoursed flint with brick dressings, tarred slate roof, long lean-to to south-west of animal sheds and open-sided shelters under pantiles. South-east facade: 4 steads, first and 3rd with large openings having segmental arches and jambs of black glazed bricks; ventilation slit between openings; 4th stead projects forward with hipped roof, doorway c.2 x 2.4m under segmental arch, wide opening above, 2 ventilation slits, rounded angles of header bond. Windows of cast iron glazing bars to right in lower addition. To left brick arches of cartshed and granary. Lower addition to north-east with hipped roof, north-east end canted with bullnosed brick dressings, doorway c.2 x 2.4m wide with sliding doors and segmental arch, ventilation slits either side with shuttered openings above. Interior: King post roof. Machinery shed with turbine house - attached to east of barn addition, c.1852. Uncoursed flint with brick dressings, tarred slate roof. Machinery shed with 4 openings to each of south-west and north-east facade, 2 to south-west blank and infilled with pebble flint; interior with driving shaft, wheels and belt from turbine house. Attached turbine house forms a cross wing to south-east of machinery shed, hipped roof, oversailing cornice, doorway c.2.1 x 2.4m wide with segmental arch to north-east, attached low polygonal pit house to south-east return having polygonal slate roof, pebble flint walls with brick dressings, central door with segmental head and jambs of bullnosed bricks, cast iron lattice windows to east and south; south-west facade of turbine house has porch with hipped slate roof, doorway with segmental arch, 2 windows with cast iron glazing bars. Goat house and granary - attached to south-west of barn, c.10m north-east of Hall Farmhouse qv 6/81, mid C19, uncoursed flint with brick dressings, wide eaved shallow pitched roof of tarred slates. North- west facade: 2 storeys, 4 bays, 3 louvred openings to granary loft; two goat creeps to left c.1.3 x 1.7m with semi-circular heads; segmental arch to traphouse doors c.2.40 x 2.40m, centre right; doorway to right with semi- circular head. Right gable with 2 louvred openings to ground floor, first floor with central door with stone sill and 2 small high louvred openings. Rear: 2 ground floor openings as right gable, to right 2 openings for carts having brick piers and arches, 3 loft openings above as front; to right 2 further similar cart openings attached to barn.
