House C17, flint with brick dressings, pantiles. 3 cells in 3 builds, 1½ storeys, gable parapets. North facade to road: off-centre axial stack to left with rebuilt shaft, right gable end internal stack; dentil cornice, vertical brick joins between left and centre, centre and right cells; rectangular openings with renewed windows; older left hand cell of coursed broken flint, brick capped plinth, roof ridge higher, single opening to 1st floor; central and right hand cell of coursed whole flint; central cell with central doorway, window to left, blocked doorway to right, two openings to 1st floor, one inserted; right cell with forward single storey addition extended 1986. East gable with lozenge brick work to apex, 3 central openings renewed or inserted. South facade to rear: coursed whole flint, dentil cornice, part vertical brick joins between cells, scattered rectangular fenestration; 3rd cell to east with lobby entrance, facade recessed to right side with both angles having quoins of C17 brick. Interior: west cell with bar stopped ovolo moulded beams; large internal stacks. Building under-going extensive renovation at time of resurvey, interior not fully inspected.
