Parish church. Mostly C13, belfry added late C14. Restored 1855. Flint (Quaternary) and chert with Lincolnshire Limestone ashlar dressings and some brick. Thatched roof. West tower and continuous nave and chancel.

Two stage tower, circular below with octagonal belfry. Two-light C19 west window. Tower off-set at belfry stage. Brick quoins to belfry and one trefoiled lancet each face. Crenellated parapet. Gabled south porch supported on diagonal buttresses. Double wave moulded arch and hood mould. Polygonal responds with bases and capitals. Blocked statuary niche above. C14 cusped ogee light to west of porch under square hood on labels. To east of porch two two-light square-headed C19 windows. Late C20 lancet to chancel. Basket arched priests' door and early C13 trefoiled lancet. Diagonal eastern buttresses flank three-light C19 Perpendicular window. Blind north chancel wall. Brick rood stair excrescence with repaired C18 brick buttress against it. Low buttress to east of C19 two-light cusped ogee nave window. A second brick and flint buttress to east of chamfered north doorway.

Interior. Tall chamfered tower arch. Tower west window with round rere arch. C19 King post roof with straight braces and boarded ashlaring. Octagonal C13 font with one trefoiled incised arch to each stem panel and two similar arches to each bowl panel. C15 benches with poppyheads, two with pierced backs. Early C16 screen (bequest for gidling 1511) of three bays each side of cusped ogee opening. Plain dado. Each bay with cusped ogee arch below panel tracery. C19 rafter and collar chancel roof. C19 chancel stalls. Triple aumbry in chancel north wall. Round arched piscina in south wall with tracery broken off.
