TF 93 SE LITTLE SNORING THE STREET (east) 4/34 Hill House.

Farm House. c.1700. Whitewashed brick facade and rear, flint with brick gables, black glazed pantiled roofs. 2 storeys, 5 bays. 4 ground-floor and 5 first-floor wooden mullioned and transomed windows with cast iron opening casements. Late C19 part-glazed door with iron pentice canopy on brackets. Central bay broken forward from facade. First floor brick plat-band hipped above door for removed door-case pediment. Brick dentil eaves cornice and parapeted Dutch gables with end stacks. Steeply pitched roof. Rear with brick dovecote boxes. Ground floor room to north with 8 panel arched door in architrave with central keystone and spandrels forming rectangular frame. Shutters to ground floor rooms. Dog-leg staircase c.1700. Whitewashed brick barn to north with dentil eaves cornice, cart doors and pantiled roof is included for group value.
