Farmhouse. C17 core, C18 details to east range. Brick, some flint rubble in east pile, black glazed pantiled roof. 2 storey with attics at east, 2 storeys elsewhere; 'L' plan with north outshut extension. South wing of 'L' plan, east front with early to mid C18 details and interior inserted into earlier structure of C17. 5 bay facade, 4 ground floor sashes with glazing bars under brick soldier arches, first floor 5 sashes with glazing bars with flat lintel heads. C18 rusticated piers and arch with key stones from architrave to central C20 glazed door. Kneeler at south, moulded brick eaves, south end stack. 3 flat roofed dormers. North gable hipped for C18 outshut addition with red pantiled roof with black pantiled lozenge pattern imposed. North west wing late C17 or early C18 ground floor, C18 first floor with moulded brick eaves cornice, parapets and end stack. Interior: front pile with one convex chamfered cross-beam built into party wall. Other details of early to mid C18; ground floor 2 bay panelled room with angle fire place, dog-leg stairs C19 balusters, C18 dado and panelling to well and landing. North-west range stopped and chamfered ground floor spine and bressumer.
