GV II

House and shop, now offices and shop. c1850, with early and late C20 alterations. Brick with stone dressings and hipped slate roof with round corner and 2 ridge stacks. Plinth, first floor and eaves bands. 2 storeys; 5 window range. Corner site with rounded corner. Windows are mainly 12 pane sashes with brick flat arches. Central 4-light wooden cross mullioned window, early C20, and below it, a stone shopfront with late C20 cladding. Central glazed recess with glazed door flanked by single pane shop windows. To its left, a blocked round-headed entry door with keystone. Right return has two 12 pane sashes on each floor, the lower left one blank. Left return has two 12 pane sashes, the right one smaller. Below, a plain sash to left and a corniced wooden doorcase to right, with a fielded 4-panel door. INTERIOR not inspected.
