1. 1260 FONNEREAU ROAD (South West Side) Nos 17 to 27 (odd) TM 1644 NW 1/46

2. A mid C19 terrace of stuccoed houses similar in form to Nos 5 to 15 (odd) qv but designed with more elaborate detail and with a parapet. 3 storeys and basements. Each house is of 2 window range, double-hung sashes with glazing bars, in plain reveals. The part of each front including the doorway and 1 window above breaks forward slightly. The doorways and windows have segmental arched heads, and are set in stuccoed recessed panels. The alternate window ranges have moulded stucco architraves and cornices on the ground and 1st storeys. The doors are 6-panel, with segmental headed fanlights and are approached by side steps, On the 2nd storey windows alternate with recessed panels. Moulded stucco stringcourses run between the storeys.
Nos 5 to 27 (odd) form a group with Bethesda Baptist Church and Nos 9 and 11, St Margaret's Plain.
