SE23NE FARRAR LANE, Cookridge 714-1/6/635 (North side (off)) 09/01/75 High Farm Public House, outbuilding on east side of yard (Formerly Listed as: FARRAR LANE, Cookridge Outbuilding on east side of Farmyard at High Farm)
GV II
Stable and granary, now public house premises. Possibly mid C18, or later, converted c1976. Coursed squared gritstone, stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 4 windows. Probably loose box or stables to ground floor, a wide entrance with tie-stone jambs, a square window each side; granary to upper storey had external steps on left return (removed) and now 4 upper windows, 2 of these possibly recent insertions. Gable copings and reverse syma kneelers. Right return, gable: small square pigeon loft opening with projecting stone sill. INTERIOR: not inspected.
