GV II

House, now offices, with area railings. c1800 with later C19 addition. Possibly by John Cordingley. Red brick, slate roof. 3 storeys and basement, with added 3rd floor. 3 first-floor windows. Fielded panel door and fanlight right in pilastered surround with pediment. Windows have stone sills, painted flat brick arches, C20 frames. INTERIOR: not inspected. Railings: spearhead. Part of the row built by 1806 as part of the development of the Wilson estate for merchants' housing with rear cloth finishing workshops and warehouses.
