GV II

House, now offices, with basement area railings. 1806-1815 with later C19 alterations. Red brick, slate roof. 3 storeys and basement, 3 first-floor windows. Central panelled door with fanlight in stone surround with cornice. Flanking ground-floor windows have segmental arches and late C19 moulded frames; upper-floor sashes with glazing bars, flat brick arches. Stone band at 1st-floor level, wooden bracketed eaves, end stacks. INTERIOR: not inspected. Plain railings. One of the later buildings on Park Square as the Wilson estate plots were leased and built on.
