House, now offices. Mid C19. In flint with an admixture of random red brick and stone; red brick dressings; slate roof with a red tiled ridge, double gabled to east and west with pierced and fluted bargeboards. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and cellar. Two 2-light windows to each storey on the south front: small-paned ornate cast-iron casements in brick reveals with segmental-arched heads.The upper windows have small gables with moulded bargeboards. A single-light casement between them is above the central door, which is 4-panelled, with the top 2 panels glazed, in a segmental-arched surround. The east gable has a 2-storey red brick canted bay with 3 large-paned sash windows to each storey. The west gable has a square Edwardian single-storey bay with casement windows and a tented roof with fishscale slates. INTERIOR: has mainly mid-C19 features.
