Villa. c1840 with minor c20 alterations. Rendered brickwork with a Welsh slated roof.
FRONT (south) ELEVATION: 2 storeys, 4 bays, that to the west end slightly advanced beneath an extended roof slope. Centre bay of main part with 2 storeyed porch beneath a shallow-pitched roof, and with slender moulded barge boards. Arched opening to porch with mask to arch keystone, leading to enclosed doorway with half-glazed 4 panel door. Flanking the porch are hornless glazing bar sash windows with margin lights to each storey, the openings with rendered plain heads and shallow bracketed cills. Porch with first floor sash window, and west end bay with stacked sash windows of matching pattern. East gable with stacked sash windows to either side.
INTERIOR: Not inspected. Forms a group with nos 3 and 5 (item 10025), nos. 7 and 11 (item 10026) and nos 15 and 17 (item 10028).
