2 shops with accommodation, now a cafe and baker's shop. Early C19. Brown brick in Flemish bond to front and English garden wall bond to north end and rear; roof of thick grey slates, hipped to north-west corner. 2 storeys. 2 doors and 3 shop windows; the south and middle windows, having a part-glazed 3-panel door with a radial-bar overlight between, have rendered stall-risers, simple wooden pilasters and fascias with blind-boxes; the 15-pane north door in a round-arched opening with unmoulded attached pillars and a radial-bar fanlight has a 2-pane shop window north in a lined rendered surround carried round the corner. The second storey has 3 recessed 16-pane sashes with painted stone sills and wedge lintels under a low parapet with a plain stone coping; 2 ridge chimneys. The north face has 2 blocked doorways, a later lateral chimney, an entry to the rear yard and on the upper storey 2 flush 16-pane sashes with stone sills and cambered brick heads. The rear has replaced doors and miscellaneous windows including one flush 16-pane sash. INTERIOR has no identified features of interest.
