Wall and railing. 1804. By Thomas Harrison as east access to his Shire Hall. Retaining wall, the western portion of rock-faced red sandstone and the eastern portion ashlar. Stone plinth to iron railing with attached bottom rail, square bars and double top-rail linked by roundels. Pineapple finial to east terminal, damaged when inspected.
